Returns Policy
Returns will be applicable only in cases where the wrong order has been delivered or where the delivered plant(s) and/or product(s) is damaged upon arrival. The request for returns must be raised on the day of the delivery along with a photographic image of the damage(s).
Kindly email your request for returns to care@hoyaplants.ae, stating ‘Returns’ as the email subject and stating the relevant order/tracking number and your preferred contact number to allow for the timely processing or your request.
Returns will be processed within the following 3 – 7 days following their claim.
In the event that the returned item is no longer in stock for a replacement to be delivered, the value of the returned item will be refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 30-45 working days from the date of the Returns Claim.
